The Wine
A PASSION FOR WINE-MAKING
After harvest, crush and fermentation, individual lots were aged in a combination of new and used American and French oak barrels for up to 18 months. Each of the lots provides a different, unique component to the finished blend: Merlot lends blueberry notes and supple tannins, Petit Verdot adds structure, Cabernet Sauvignon provides firm tannins and blackberry notes, Malbec is responsible for dark, inky color and Cabernet Franc ties everything together with a bright red fruit bow.
"Music is a higher revelation than all wisdom and philosophy. It is the wine of a new procreation, and I am Bacchus who presses out this glorious wine for mankind and makes them spiritually drunk."
- Ludwig Von Beethoven -
Tasting Notes
Vibrant aromas of blackberry, cherry and juicy plum mingle with notes of violet and vanilla. A silky texture on the palate frames generous flavors of ripe red raspberry and black cherry. Supple tannins with hints of savory herbs are beautifully integrated with the dark fruit flavors leading to a smooth, lingering finish.

The wine is perfect with braised beef short ribs, roasted vegetable tarts, grilled rib-eye steak or aged Gouda cheese.
